Had great-sized and newly renovated room with a king bed for a good stay for this final night of a full weeks stay. Good and stunning position to all the tourist destinations, in the downtown area.

The location was magnificent and decent, you can visit Capri Centre Mall by walking. The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a fairly quiet area. Got deluxe queen room with a queen size bed when arrived, enjoyed that. We had a microwave oven, fridges and glassware in the room.

The pool area was inviting and provided perfect
Relaxation after our family's busy day. The overall cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations. The staff was helpful, especially when we needed assistance with an unexpected car issue. I appreciated their warm attitude .

The location was decent, short walk to a bike path, downtown and mall and easily accessible. Downtown Kelowna district was definitely worth visiting.

Wow, where do I begin? The noise was unbearable, with people banging on doors all night. I expected to be treated like royalty, but received zero attention from the staff. It's almost like they didn't care about my comfort. Highly disappointing since I just couldn't bring myself to give it a good review, despite the warm coffee.

The outdoor heated pool was a fantastic spot to cool off after our busy days exploring the beautiful parkland and sandy beaches nearby. The spacious room had a kitchenette, great for family dinners. Plus, the inviting courtyard area with BBQs was perfect for evening family gatherings.
Dirty floors.
